No, the State judge does not "Believe' it. lololo What ever would make one jump to that conclusion?

There will be no deal ... not ever, not under any circumstances. the Patent is with its rightful owners

Look for a court date on the State case in 2019-2020. Its quite possible WAWA will be in jail by then.
