What does one have to do with the other? Are you suggesting that if they settle they won't go to jail?

Nonsense. There are two cases here. One is in the Florida State courts and the other is in the Southern District of Florida Federal Court. Both are Civil and neither are criminal. Neither of these cases will directly send anyone to jail.

Both cases are for the recovery of money. The Federal case has the additional purpose of exposing conspiratorial behavior and the violations of the RICO act.

IFUS recently filed a counter-suit in the State action (similar to the Federal counter-claims which were dismissed) seeking damages.

But, neither case is criminal. It will be up to the State of Florida to pursue any criminal action.
