Both cases are for the recovery of money. The Federal case has the additional purpose of exposing conspiratorial behavior and the violations of the RICO act.
IFUS recently filed a counter-suit in the State action (similar to the Federal counter-claims which were dismissed) seeking damages.
But, neither case is criminal. It will be up to the State of Florida to pursue any criminal action.
