Again "alleged still to be proven' key words "still to be proven" unless I fell asleep and it's Sept and I missed the decision. Did I miss something or are the proceedings still going on ? In my opinion all your sentences are a bundle of charges stemming from one charge that will be just that one charge to be decided on. Just my opinion from being around the system of Justice others will see it differently. The fact that they brought so many charges leads me to believe they are looking for a plea which gives them a win. "A win" being the desired outcome. Like I say all the time this is all my humble opinion, what will be ,will be. Have a great day. This event is a win for the investor moving forward in my opinion ,you think what you like. In my opinion I don't think their case is as strong as they would've liked it to be but that's just me talking.
