Something every penny stock player should remember:

"All of that means this: a penny stock has a natural direction, which is lower. Without news and without a very strong base of Bulls with lots of capital, a penny stock will test support levels and break through them and continue to do so UNTIL a catalyst lets Bulls overwhelm convertible features of debt AND the shorts who'll pile on at the apex of a Bull run."

Would it be too far fetched to have someone that is in direct contact with Mr. Kay email him this excerpt?

Some tools he's not using:
1.) issue a press release details any AMZN "glitches" and their resolve to fix those glitches.
2.) issue a press release with unit sales guidance versus the rumor of a glut of product sitting idly in some warehouse.
3.) issue a press release detailing the 2016 10Q date.

These are just a few tools he has where it's not a P&D so I disagree with him as he lets his stock free fall when he could lead from the front.
Oh... And:
4.) A press release saying "we know loyal shareholders have sat through 4 reverse splits. While we felt these moves were in their best interest, we realize how damaging these moves can be. The board has decided to buy back shares or offer a cash dividend or offer a share dividend using some of the proceeds of our latest Patent litigation win.
(That'd be big! That'd be a huge level of "Lead from the front" stuff on Mr. Kay's part.

Thanks!

All the DD on this company is posted and few bothered to read and understand the 10k. I and many other have been here since January and loaded big time at the 52 week low and few were buying then.

Just as you outlined there is no dilution here now so anyone selling at this point is only cheating themselves and smarter traders will pick up those shares (I got 4 Million today).

I disagree, Mark knows exactly what he is doing and does not want this to be a P& D and has released news and filings when necessary.

It boils down to those that believe in the progress should soak up the cheap shares because as many have seen and in OTC when news hits the volume will come and everyone will wish the could have gotten in at these prices.

Typically OTC traders have this vision of getting 10-50% gains as soon as the buy and day trading in OTC rarely works. Better option is to find clean trading stocks as this one and be better than the next person trading and exercise some patience.

Down at the bottom I spent two months loading over 70 million shares and I knew where this was headed and I still have a very large sizable position remaining and I will continue to add to it.

Lets just say that this will not go below a certain PPS because many longs here have enough powder to slap them back.

Excellent post. One of the most difficult things, making the transition from big board stocks to pinkville is the reality of the dilution making the direction of least resistance, down. It is human nature for those of big board mentality to hold long term, which has been a successful strategy for Warren Buffet, et. al. but is a loser's strategy in pinkville, which makes using TA a challenge here. The main goal of TA is to find an uptrend and follow it up until it breaks down. Here in pinkville the trend 99% of the time is down (due to dilution as you pointed out) so we are constantly looking for the hic cup, knee jerk, up move in the continuing down trend. When I was a broker at UBS we were not even allowed to buy pink sheet stocks for clients and if we did get special dispensation from the higher ups we had to get non-solicitation letters. It was a PIA.
My first pink purchase was in 2008 and I have yet to find a stock that is higher now than it was than. I am sure they exist and I am sure (or I hope) that someone can point out the example of a company that started in pink, survived pink and moved on to uplist, which is every CEO's (spoken) wish. Every IHUB board I go to, they all say the same thing, without exception, "this one is different". The ONLY way to survive in pinkville is to be: smart enough, lucky enough or both, to get in before a pop and then take your cost out and ride free shares...than move on to the next one but please don't take your mortgage money and put it in any pink sheet stock hoping to move to Belize and sit in the sun. It makes the devil smile. (When I say "you" I don't mean it literally but figuratively).
