Thanks Phantom. Sometimes when things get choppy I just stop looking. No what you own and once calm waters come, a wave will push this up. :)

Thanks for the research! I will be sure to read it once I'm back to my office.

The way I read is one of the ways a MM manipulates the price is by keeping the bid and ask close together, work the price where they want it and then try to "bear" it down to a price they feel they can live with to cover their shorts. Longs frustrates their goals of manipulation but the weak or shall I say the ones who would like to have the stock get caught up in the manipulation process and sell their shares at the first downturn they see happening. The last paragraph in the article stated it well. TPIV is not just any company but imo on the way to being a great company. Been long for many years and ready for a great ride!

This inherent power of position enables the MMs to move the markets at any time up or down. As a result, the only way to draw them out of their favorable position is going long. Now this does not mean just any company but to effectively nail the MMs, Longs must find the great company on the floor and accumulate long before the MM tactics and games begin.

i think the good thing out of that scenario is that i don't believe any newcomers are buying into TPIV as of late. i think all the buying is coming from longs - accumulating shares and sadly the sellers are probably longs deciding to get out. IMO
