Nobody cares. The suit involving Cognate was dismissed, it wasn't valid. Macrocure isn't a competitor, what good would the info have been to them? Do you think KW would have sold the info on the black market? Anyone can buy the rights to the coveted technology right now for $1.50 a share. News flash, nobody wants it..
