Wow, you got to be kidding. Mr Smith was a top guy at Cognate and Cognate and NWBO are more interlocked than any two companies I have ever encountered int eh business world, kind of like Google and HP splitting in half but iNWBO?cognate was ahead of the curve it did it a lot sooner. Wolf sits on the Macrocode Board and has had to sit through meetings regarding the case between Marcocure & Cognate and has to be familiar with unusually close relationship between NWBO & Cognate. What you are eluding to is like not realizing that HP & Google just split in two. If you follow HP you know now to follow HPQ & HPE.
It also sounded like Wolf was taking over the questioning and requesting and running the show or at minimum very vocal in making requests, could it be that she was new to Ondra and wanted to impress, could it also be that she was chosen to lead because of her familiarity with Cognate and thus knew more of what to ask NWBO for knowing that she had more so0called inside info or familiarity than anyone else at Ondra. I think the latter. I also think that because Cognate was not NWBO , Ondra & Wolf felt it was perfectly fine for Wolf to be there making the requests of info and pushing hard and knowing what to ask for. After all for the exact reasons you are saying no crime was perpetrated i.e. Andrea is separate from NWBO one could walk a fine line technically and as a worse case basis say to themselves if someone objects later on we will exclude ourselves......which was exactly what happened because LP was at the helm that cold blustery day manning the harpoons admirably.
