I believe also that a refund of court and legal fees were part of the settlement too. In my opinion the lump sum was a material subsequent event that had to be disclosed. Those excess fees refunded may or may not be that high in my opinion. But they should be good for at least another $200,000 or so and then there is the matter of the recurring license revenue. I believe SFOR was limited in what the 10-K disclosed since the period ended 12/31/15 and only certain subsequent events were required to be disclosed - further limited by the settlement terms. The first quarter 2016 10-Q will be far more telling IMO - subsequent event disclosure is just an appetizer. All in my opinion - I am cautiously optimistic here.
