As part of the settlement, we will receive a payment of $4.9 million, net of legal fees. I truly believe there is more to this settlement that can not be disclosed per the court agreement. Anyone that wins or reaches a settlement in litigation request the return of their legal fees and court cost. More to come here !! Cash on hand $$
