Are you implying that DCVax-L and DCVax-Direct are synergistic? As in combination therapy?? Say it isn't so! I'm pretty sure a few people have already put that together.
IMO they were designed to work together from the start...
Remove big tumor...make Vax-L...administer Vax-L until immune markers are detected in the blood. Once immune markers are detected in the blood, then inject Vax-D into multiple small tumors...
Vax-D takes apart the remaining tumors from the inside, which then triggers a releases of a lot of cancer cells/cancer-stem cells...which the immune system, thanks to the priming of Vax-L, rapidly mops up.
At least that is where the bread trail led me...
The realistic but morbid part is that--as a combination therapy, if you don't make it through the Vax-L treatment...then you don't need to bother with the Vax-D follow-on treatment. It's an insurance reimbursement thing...
