Uh OH...what if the Vax-D method B is...wait for it...intratumoral injections of DCVax-L made from the initial tumor biopsy/tumor removal and leukapheresis? Don't you love rumor/speculation...what if the -Direct trial is actually a combination -L + -D combination trial...

If i'm correct is what you mean that first with DCVax-L you activate the immune system in the blood. After that with Direct injecting in tumors they hunt the cancer cells out of the tumor into the bloodstream where the DCVax-L, activated T-cells, are waiting for them ?

If so, there still is the problem of the subtypes that flipper discribed, isn't it ?

I'm still learning so i hope i'm not speaking nonsense here.
