u clearly dont know anything about note holders in the business

they dont care what the potential is behind a stock or anything fundamental that is going on in the company

all they care about is that they convert at a lower price than the market price and thats how they make money

that being said with the release of significant news they will back off and let this run so they can dump at a higher pps
