The puzzling part is the amount of dilution, why would any note holder convert at these levels "knowing" the potential and "deals" in the pipeline. I get the fact that profit is profit so take your money and run but just doesn't make much business sense to settle, these aren't day trading, flipping note holders so just doesn't add up to me.
