ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS

On March 28, 2013, the Company initiated patent litigation against PhoneFactor, Inc., a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation, for alleged infringement of United States Patent No. 7,870,599 (the "'599 Patent"). The Company filed a separate action against Microsoft Corporation based on its alleged infringement of the '599 Patent and two additional patents for out-of-band user authentication (U.S. Patent Nos.: 8,484,698 & 8,713,701). Both actions were filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. On January 15, 2016, the litigation was settled and the parties executed a settlement agreement in the form of a Release and License Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Release and License Agreement are confidential except under limited conditions. As a consequence of the Release and License Agreement, the parties have moved to dismiss the action with prejudice, the Company has licensed the patents to Microsoft Corporation, and the Company will receive a non-disclosable one-time lump sum payment.

How convenient of you not to include the verbiage which references that it was settled, and the settlement included a one time lump sum payment from Microsoft! But I've included it below so that everyone can see how some people like to distort the truth by telling an incomplete story! Not saying that you would do anything like that!

Obviously some here are upset for arriving late to the SFOR party. Sorry we forgot the invite but the old addage still applies...'you can lead a horse to water but..'. As far as I'm conserned the required disclaimer of 'continuation as a going concern' will be omitted in my mind in the next filing.

To settle a suit brought by a featherweight such SFOR tells me lots and signals to others whom are/have infringed on their patent to get ready as they are next!

MS had to weigh not only the cost of litigation but also the possible effect on their reputation. Green days ahead no matter the detractors...

I always trade these PUMPS. I follow Sheep wolf, made some good $$$$ always. You know it's a P@D when the wolf is around. LOL LETS make some $$$ of the the ignorant retail people $SFOR is not for real LOL. It's ok but massive dilution. Lets let the inexperienced traders trader pick up our bar tab LOL. This is going to hurt on the dump LOL. Peeps goona get burned I feel real bad man I don't want anyone to loose money but Ive been doing this now 10 years Its all I can say@!
