Because the entire industry is in an unknown territory right now. The industry is being rewritten in the next 5-6months and who knows what that will hold, especially for companies not yet selling or holding patients.
Lots of uncertainty will keep this thing from "popping". One month earlier, you'd have seen the pop.

Yeah...but being tempered is the best policy next week. I think we see some positive movement next week but it is going to take time for the company's real value to shine. This is just the beginning. Discount will be in full effect for quite sometime...jmho
