re: shares and the RS...the math works something like this (numbers used for clarity -- not actual authorised for Wave)

Suppose there were 10,000,000 authorised and 6,000,000 issued. There would be an additional 4,000,000 available for pipes, employee stock plans, etc.

A 1:4 RS would leave the authorised at 10,000,000, but reduce the issued to 1,500,000, leaving 8,500,000 available for future sales.

Potential dilution would, as a percentage, increase.

There is nothing inherently illegal or "wrong" with doing this, but it greatly increases the exposure to the shareholders.

Micro, the ratio of the RS may soon become a moot point (if the RS purpose was indeed to stay listed). They are quickly approaching the 50 million Market Cap requirements. If they fall below that, then they will get delisted anyway. That is a bigger concern now and I hope they have some major PR on the way to boost the SP. Right now, SKS is just buying time.

Micro--If WAVE were a smallish niche company your concerns would "extreme dilution" would be right on the mark. But I would submit that WAVE, is not niche, that it has never been about niche, and that it is not about to become niche!

Every generation offers an infinitesimal scattering of fledgling companies that out of nowhere quickly jettison into prominence as a major gorilla standing shoulder to shoulder with the mightiest and strongest. This investment is fundamentally about WAVE achieving such greatness. A few of us have been chortling without shame or embarrassment about this potential greatness for a number of years now.

And there is a strong basis to believe that this greatness is about to happen NOW!!!

The timing for such an unsurge in WAVE's growth could not be greater. Why? Because the evidence is simply overwhelming that the Trusted Computing Age has finally LAUNCHED!

And, WAVE, is the undisputed LEADER within the Trusted Computing Arena!!!

So, thank goodness! S. Sprague will have those many millions of authorized shares available to sell into the market! And to be sold NOT to support the survival of WAVE but to support its EXPOTENTIAL GROWTH!

Am I spewing madness? Or stating the obvious?

Decide for yourself when reading the below excerpt in the context that WAVE OWNS THE TRUSTED COMPUTING SPACE!!!

The inclusion of a fingerprint reader and integrated web camera for communication are plusses for any business user, but lack of a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) chip (added level of security) and Active Protection (protects the hard disk drive from jerks) is disappointing. ThinkPads have both the features, which is why they are still slotted above any other business laptop. N100 incorporates a 4-in-1 multi-card reader for downloading digital pictures from multiple types of memory cards, four USB ports (all side mounted), 4-pin FireWire and S-Video port. Having said that, N100 might not set the market on fire but it sure has an attractive price tag of Rs 58,700 (plus taxes).
