Who arranged for someone to get paid for doing nothing? The shareholders are getting screwed. So, an additional 4 million is only if they make the company grow. They can grow their wallets by doing nothing. How could our lawyers allow this? We can only hope they want their full pay.
This gets more unbelievable every day. No wonder we stagnate - at our own expense.
