100% nonsense. Obviously, contesting a patent, no matter what the alleged ground, does not guarantee one will be given a patent back. One would have to win their contest and prove their allegations.
But, first of all, the whole thing will be thrown out by the court because there is no legal basis for this complaint. So, the fact that MW has no proof, nor evidence, nor witnesses and not even an affidavit, is a moot point. MW's State claims are just as DOA as I told you his Federal claims were.
