Exactly. If the last two raises were to existing long investors, the short shares are still out there. If someone like Toucan just pushed in $22m more chips in the last two months, it would be quite interesting wouldn't it? That's why I thought it was a question worth asking.

I have no proof that this loan was made to the shorts. If it's not to shorts... that would be wonderful. Really. Then there is no escape hatch for them, despite what some might think here with the low price. Anyway, the shorts may very well have warrants too, which technically would make them investors.

If the loan was to the shorts, so be it. I suppose we'll learn the truth soon enough, or some day.

Perhaps it was to an investor who fully intends to sell them to the shorts, at a higher price. But I'm not ruling it out. If it is, I've at peace with it.

IMO it doesn't change the ending, despite what Austin and others think about dilution. If the butterfly flies, you will have a cult stock on your hands and no one here will care about dilution.

And again, if no butterfly, we'll soon hear the trial is full, and that the trial moves to the end as Linda had suggested it would. Then the FDA will have to act and make a decision. And that will be that.

Would you mind explaining in more detail about the $3 strike price on the warrants with 60 days to take it? What does that suggest to you? I understand it will just be a theory however if you could expound on that, I would appreciate it.

:)
