Fairly straight forward

Would you mind explaining in more detail about the $3 strike price on the warrants with 60 days to take it? What does that suggest to you? I understand it will just be a theory however if you could expound on that, I would appreciate it.

As one of the inducements to the investors, NWBO agreed to sell (via the warrants) shares to the investor for $3/share (i.e., the strike price). But that inducement only has value if the investor actually exercises the warrant within 60 days at a price greater than $3.00 - after that, the warrants have no value to the investor, but NWBO doesn't get any cash, either.

Presumably, NBWO wants the cash (but only at over $3 per share) and the purchaser considers this a worthwhile inducement. In fact, if this was not an inducement to the purchaser, then NWBO wouldn't offer the warrants, since they could enter into a capital raise later at the higher stock price.

If nobody thought this was possible within 60 days, there would be no reason to put these terms into the agreement.

What would be the point?

There is a lot of open interest on the 2017 calls too which could very well be short hedges.

IMO it doesn't change the ending, despite what Austin and others think about dilution. If the butterfly flies, you will have a cult stock on your hands and no one here will care about dilution.

I really don't even know how you write this seriously? Dilution won't matter? Are you serious? While the market cap has significantly increased the share price has stayed stagnant, that's from dilution. When the last reverse split took place we went down to 26 million shares at $6.34, that equates to 165 Million cap. Coincidentally 4 years later our market cap is back at $165 million yet the sp is $1.70, 1/4 what our share price was 4 years ago at the same cap. So when we were at $12, we really should have been closer to $48.

Don't get me wrong I understand that biotech has dilution, but this has been excessive. We were already diluted excessively in the years prior to the last RS and the timelines and guidance suggested we would be wrapped up within a couple of years with minimal dilution. Now we are in a position to be reverse split again and the asymmetrical investment theory from SoS is absolutely evaporated. That's why he has gone silent on NWBO. There will be no cult following as you have suggested, the cult following only exists on this board, or the sp would reflect the buying pressure!
