And this is relative toooo. .....Plaintiffs case that as a fact, no evidence exists and plaintiffs have not met prima facia? I would agree.
Or that the Ifus court docs file and evidence more than proves the allegations, which makes the allegations now fact.....I agree on both points and thanks for clarifying.
