What? that is outrageously wrong. Allegations are never fact until the court/jury adjudges them to be fact. So far, all of MW's goofball allegations have been adjudged to be frivolous and wholly without merit.
IMO, the state allegations are even more groundless than the were the DISMISSED Federal claims. ... and I have NEVER been wrong about this type of thing in the last 17 years. That's because I get the advice of bona fide securities attorneys with sterling reputations.
