I am sure if there was any damage the booty's would
be all over it. Since they are VERY QUIET one can
assume nothing happened.
I know to assume something can make you look like
a fool.

JS and SA never resigned, they were terminated for cause and WITH shareholder majority approval. Check the court records. Their TERMINATION LETTER is posted and for record in the file.
