Many are assuming that MW would notify his shareholders if the Tornadoes or accompanying storms had damaged the property, etc. But why assume that? There were no 8Ks filed when the lawsuits hit. There was no 8K filed when Joe Scivoletto & Steve Adelstein resigned as members of the BOD. There was no 8K filed when Ramsey Windsor resigned as a board member. There was no 8K filed when IFUS was sued by their web site designer and lost. There was no 8K when the IFUS attorney for the Federal Case, Serafini Esq. quit.

The law required him to do so in each and every case mentioned above. yet, he did not! The point? MW will only notify shareholders of things when they have direct benefit to himself. In his mind no one and nothing else matters.
