and maybe just maybe all of LP's picks were owed by NW via previous discussions after she turned down his choices. I say this because I seem to remember that he was ok with everything at the end, maybe someone could post that quote from the article where I believe it was reported. Also nothing afterwards was publicly reported where he stated that he was not happy with her pickers...typically silence is deemed approval and with the obvious vocalness apparent with NW we would have heard of his displeasure if there was any wouldn't you think?
One then must assume he is on board with all the picks or at minimum he was privy to her choices before it was made public and didn't disagree with them based on what has come out in print since then...ie nothing=silence=approval.

No Leary had a conflict of interest also, because he was on retainer to Woodford. If Woodford's interests are different from what is good for the company and shareholders as a whole, Leary would not have been truly independent. He also had no board experience, no biotech experience, no experience attracting investors, etc.
