Since Shorai is not a manufacturer and is only a distributor why would NEAH need them.
NEAH is supposedly trying to sell licenses of their tech, why would they need physical locations ?
In the past the thought was that NEAH would get into the manufacturing and sales business, they then put that thought to bed saying they would be a licensing co.
As for Tesla they are using their own tech and building their own battery factory. Why would they shoot themselves in the foot ?
NEAH pumped their white house visit very hard. They need to follow up with something for the present to show they are actually making progress, otherwise its just more vapor.
