So all the assets like building , reactors etc., would be under QMC Asia but not under QMC. Only 50% of the distributed profits show up in QMC P&L and Balance sheet? just profits impact QTMM SP not assets and investment?

QMCA profits split 50/50 to QMC and GTG. This certainly will ignite the share price this year. :)
