How much is correct of my Post 46103. or I totally missed the point?

So all the assets like building , reactors etc., would be under QMC Asia but not under QMC. Only 50% of the distributed profits show up in QMC P&L and Balance sheet? just profits impact QTMM SP not assets and investment?
