Let me make it very simple:

QMC and GTG have a JV
GTG pays in 20 mil with the hopes of getting a RETURN on their investment.

QMC Asia is the investment, so when QMCA takes in revenue then pays the bills we have PROFIT left over! That profit will serve neither party if it just sits in a bank doing nothing.
So the Co,QMCA makes 50/50 distrubutions/dividend/cash/ OUT TO ITS OWNERS...QMC and GTG!

thats how it works.
