Long Term debt is only an issue when the notes are due NOW. My understanding is SUNE Notes payments aren't due for another few years. By that time they should be Cash Flow positive and no one will care. Their decreasing Cash liquidity is the biggest concern and that will have some light shed on it come earnings.
