The deal they are trying to make is the problem. They agreed to pay too much and it ruffled some feathers.

Once the powerslide down began the big money took advantage of the panic of smaller traders and shorted this down.

You will find that the same people are covering their shorting and are begining to go long again.

When the pps begins to climb we will probably find all institions will be holding more than they were a year ago.
They are just using the market to profit.
