Depositions are common place in civil trials. So what? MW wants depositions from SA, so what? MW also took depos for the Federal counterclaims that were dismissed. That exercise produced ZERO useful info for him. Now he is going to get the exact same useless info for the state case. Brilliant strategy. But, it does do one essential thing for MW ... it creates a delay. The State case won't be heard for another year, maybe two.

In the meantime, The Fed case moves rapidly forward. Since all the counterclaims were dismissed, the only things & people on trial now are IFUS/SE and MW, etal.

Correct,the state and federal cases for Supreme Energy have not even actually started.False statements like "it is over",or there is no evidence,or any other inaccurate balderdash comments leaked by actual board members removed for cause should be ignored.

What should not be ignored is the legal system.Politicians realize that a new court supreme justice could shape the courts for years.
The courts allow criminals too delay and tie up innocent people and companies...

Why else would the boot brothers delay for over two years?This week is the very first deposition scheduled at the state case.

The only defense they had was to force MARC into bankruptcy so they could succeed in stealing the ingredients to the secret sauce.The evidence is overwhelming that will show any court their illegal actions of tortuous interference and theft of corporate assets.

The only scam on this board is the boot brothers,the only history of corruption is the boot brothers,the only one whom will lose is the boot brothers and they know it.
