Nice try but no cigar yet. The simple logic apparently isn't so simple. To hope that "it is over" doesn't make it so. One would still need to give a simple explanation as to why the boot boys are still being required to give depositions yet. Why give a deposition in a case that has already been decided and "utterly and completely dismissed?" Or maybe the case hasn't been "completely dismissed" and is, in fact, strongly in doubt as to it's eventual outcome? So the boot boys "know that they have already won the case" but are still giving court-ordered depositions for what reason?

No wait, I know, one of the legal team forgot to do it and they still need to do it so that it appears as if all legal proceedings were followed to the letter of the law. Yep, let's go with that for the time being. Unless maybe someone else has a better answer?
