heya Kapone..

I am suprised to see you slightly optimistic for once lol ! Or at the very least not pointing out subtle red flags ;)

A few things I got from the interview. First, when the topic about the Amazon project got brought up. The question was answered quickly and was in a tone to suggest that it *IS* the entire reason for this merger. Also another point I don't think people caught. When asked about revenue and the bonds Mr. Harris made it perfectly clear that the company was not structured for revenue streams... but to provide funding them. OR basicaly be a vehicle for merger.

I think to many investors get hung up on profits and revenues. This is a reverse merger, a 1-1 swap. FHAL has the Contract, CVSU has the money. The 8K states that FHAL is buying CVSU... however it quite clear that CVSU will be the surviving entity. Hello !! Maybe I missing something here, but all the Executives at FHAL are not going to setup a "purchase" only to loose there jobs.

Here is a thought to chew on...

CVSU's shares are not going to be traded 1-1.. well they are but not like people think. The bigger question is who owns the CVSU shares. They are not publicly traded.. hello ??? They are just paper !! CVSU was created for this exact purpose !! A reverse merger. CVSU shares are going to go POOF.. they are going to just disapear. What is CVSU getting out of this ? FHAL and it's business model that needs funding. I would bet that the previous owners of FHAL are walking away from this with mad money. CVSU will simply issue more shares to match FHAL's shares. Then this "one for one" swap will occur. The "paper" shares of CVSU will go poof and the new Company wil be formed around our exisiting shares of FHAL. Blam ! now CVSU is a publicly, fully reporting company with fully liquid trading stock. The previous "owners" of FHAL will enjoy the profits of the current shares they hold due the the increased worth of the company. Now factor in a signed Amazon deal and you have a Billion dollar company. It would only seem fitting that the next step would be a move to a major exchange. With a Billion dollar contract financed by the 90% backing on thier 500 million dollar bond. This entire project would not only make the new Companies share price soar. IT would also cause the bond that is being used as collateral to also now become highly sought after on the market. Now add into the mix the Eco credits wich are traded kinda like bonds. Well... any investor with half a brain can see where this is going..

Now of course this is just complete speculation. However.. isn't that why we are buying this compnay ??

We were all given a hint that something was up ....

as the day before the volume took off and the price rose.

<What do you expect in that case?? You think he could have just come out a couple of weeks back and said, "oh, btw we might be merging with a $800M company as well"? And said it "publicly"?? He couldn't have, because the deal was not finalized. He didn't even allude to it, because and this is a very important point, look at what happened to XKEM in anticipation of the approval. If they had even hinted of this before it was set in stone, the stock would have run up massively, and the moment the news hit, the sell off would have begun. I think the run up for this is JUST starting..>
