He couldn't have, because the deal was not finalized. He didn't even allude to it, because and this is a very important point, look at what happened to XKEM in anticipation of the approval. If they had even hinted of this before it was set in stone, the stock would have run up massively, and the moment the news hit, the sell off would have begun. I think the run up for this is JUST starting..>
