You are right, I no longer "expect that IDCC will agree to a settlement with Samsung over past-due 2G and 2.5G royalty payments during Q3" because of the guidance during the BS conference, analyst downgrades, and insider sales. I now anticipate we will get a positive arbitration award in 3Q and IDCC will file for confirmation.
