You must disagree with the following, correct?

"Nollenberger expects that IDCC will agree to a settlement with Samsung over past-due 2G and 2.5G royalty payments during Q3. Firm believes that, given the length of time since the completion of the arbitration hearing with Samsung (completed in Jan), a broader agreement could be in the works between the two co's. Also, in addition to the potential upside from a Samsung deal, firm is encouraged by Q2 results from Sony-Ericsson, which they expect should boost IDCC's Q3 results."
