Im not here to sit and argue about why he would do that, I'm just setting straight what you said is not accurate. It COULD be the case, but it could also NOT be.

CEO of a startup has more to get done than sit and worry about current PPS of his stock. He's got POs, certifications, and hopefully acquisitions to focus on. The market will dictate the PPS on its own.
