to be discovered/reported back?

it might take a missed follow-up apt to trigger
an investigation to discover the death.

Thanks for this Chas, I still think based on the recent guidance from the company a few weeks ago, that 967 had not been reached in calendar year 2015. That was my take from reading their outlook.
