Yeah, Paul is so terrible, he hasn't taken a salary, like,
forever!!!

Paul hates toxic debt and dilution.

Oohhhh, such a shyster, lol.

How do you know what how many sales reps MCIG has?
Or, how many wholesale accounts they have?

Revenues have ballooned over the last few Quarters, so not
sure where the smoking gun is?

You can not prove that Paul has tried to deceive anyone. The fact that something doesn't turn out as anticipated does not prove deception. Deception implies deliberate intent and you have no way to prove intent.

I didn't say that they don't have 95 reps reporting directly to mCig. I said that they never claimed that they did. Whether they do or not is irrelevant. Whether the guy selling Chill juice works for mCig or for Just Chill doesn't matter. He's still selling Chill juice.

In addition, it DOES make a difference who those salespeople actually work for - because if they are for companies like security grade or emotek or madhatter - sorry, but they shouldn't count; especially if they no longer have a partnership (like security grade or CAFS).

...Why wouldn't they count other than because you don't think they should. The accusation that they work for companies with which mCig no longer has a partnership has no basis in fact. Total BS

Why haven't they posted names of all their US Based Wholesale Distributors on their website?

Because it forces interested parties to contact mCig directly. Why should mCig do the wholesaler's marketing for them. Sales made directly through mCig would have a higher profit margin. If there is enough business there to involve one of their wholesalers or if they need to be visited by a rep, mCig can contact and involve one of their wholesaler's when appropriate. Same thing goes for involving a sales rep. From Paul's interview...

Paul's interview

LM: What happened to the two national distributors you announced you were negotiating with in your 3/5/15 PR? [See: mCig Inc. Receives $1.2Million+ Record Order for CBD Products; Finalizing Distribution Agreement With More Than 1000 Retail Outlets.] Is that deal dead, on hold or still in negotiation. Did those deals conflict with the new plans for sales channels or territories?

Rosenberg: These deals are good and we have more now. Online master deals feeding wholesale leads is an attractive combination for any sales side cycle. Large distributors despite lower margins are necessary also. Online (biggest margin), direct to stores (boots on the ground), and distributors (with call center support) are the 3 levels of sales and profitability that are drivers of total revenue lines and product sales. We are building out the central call center to compliment online with wholesale needs and leads. Maury's boots on the ground are driven from mCig wholesale leads and call center needs. This sales approach has yielded good results and as new product lines develop boots on the ground will be more useful for selling products that require a more face to face approach. Further segmenting those sales efforts will keep the model focused and expanding.

as for...

So, yeah - it's clear that there are likely very, very few USA based wholesale distributors.

Not clear at all. In fact, just the opposite seems clear: mCig had $850,000 revenue last quarter, a 230% increase. This was the first full quarter with the sales force and marketing channels in place.

Their approach seems to be working just fine without your advice.
