FYI and timeline.

Just recieved a letter from Gilardi and co. LLC requesting supporting documents to provide sufficient information supporting claimed purchases.

Submission date is before Feb 10

so 2.1.16 is out the window re: *selling* (unless of course entity tasked has been shorting against the box)
.. since clearly there is a new round of *queue queries* re: Gilardi and a new known *date* .. ;)

so is it now 3.1.16 .. hmmmm .. i'd expect another *revealing* round of *wash trading* .. just like previous months
