One laptop does turn on but has not connection. The other one? I can't even get it to turn on. I give up. I've given possession to local pros and not gotten answers. They will take my money but they don't solve the problem. Let's quit for now. One laptop that I have actually used in the past . . . now it won't even turn on with power attached. Frustrating. Thanks for trying to help. I give up.
