after the last adventure, the truth might be that FINRA doesn't want to waste time with MIKP again.

not wanting to mess with MIKP implies that MIKP has some leverage over FINRA
when, in fact, FINRA holds all the cards.

imo, the only chance we have of getting the new 211 accepted
is for Mark to demonstrate clear and present revenue potential from ST production.

and FINRA might even ask for an apology and retraction of the scathing letter Mark wrote.
