Not really, Why would they convert at lower prices (are you even reading what you're writing?) when they can get more at higher prices? The decline is due to consolidation, rookie daytraiders and shorters, but that will be taken care off real soon.
There's no convertion, the sc 13g/a just states ownership of shares and not convertion.
