The lower the stock price goes, the more debt holders will convert. They don't want to convert too high, especially with this in a down trend (as the price goes down, you'll continue to see more sc 13's filed).

The debt holders convert low, then dump on a few ticks (depending on which Market Maker is working for them).

The more the debt holders convert, the more Mark and Co. increase the O/S count (can't let anyone control more than 10% of their cash cow).

After everyone converts, there will be over a BILLION shares outstanding. With all of the debt holders out of the way, and a clean slate, the stock price will still be low (less than a cent), then Mark and Co. will perform their best magic trick...make your shares disappear while making the stock price rise - "ABRACADABRA - REVERSE SPLIT!"
