Why is that? The SPNGQ SOLs have all long since passed and there is no presentation of any claim to KBIO that would be time-barred by an SOL for quite a long time, as the underlying fraud just occurred in October-December 2015.

The US Trustee's Motion to appoint a trustee, or convert to Ch 7, is yet another illustration of the government's overreach in this case. His motion relied on allegations of wrong-doing and an assumption that illicit funds were used to make Anthion's accumulation of KBIO shares.

But again, what if the government's case blows up? How will they compensate for the harm they caused? It's incredible that the government can go to such destructive lengths without any justification beyond unrelated allegations and assumptions.
