Do you think the DOJ should be allowed to make arrests without justification?
I'm saying that SRO's should not have discretionary power to halt trading without justification. In fact, they don't have that power. But in this case, they acted prematurely.
As far as momentum, Durrant is an interesting addition to the board.
I guess that I'm not as comfortable as you are with GSE's or government agencies having and using discretionary power without presenting justification for its use. If their actions cause me to lose 90% of my equity, I want to see charges that justify their action.
I think it's a scary concept to expect the investing public to accept such damages without ANY charges even being filed, let alone proven.
