Cancel my question for you. Just did a Goog search and looks like you can stop bankruptcy proceedings if it has not been converted to a Chapter 7 which would require the court's permission.
Definitely is gonna be interesting to see what MS does if he is exonerated and whether or not he will try to resume his position at KBIO etc.
