You understand it just fine. Bill is finding a company to merger into GRDO and take it over. GRDO has nothing right now...its basically just a shell as they have nothing. Its really that easy. Bill did that with his other company SREH as well. It had no operations either and was just empty shell of a company.

I'll try and break it down, a reverse merger requires a business wanting to go public via a clean shell.

GRDO has no business.....they are a developmental stage company LOOKING for a business, their words.

How much do you suppose GRDO is worth today to someone looking for a shell to do a r/m ?

Another point, I read somewhere that GRDO was registered with the SEC.....

I would love to know how.....
